Not necessarily. Glenn Duffy, Board President filled in as GM (for free) for better than 6 months before Tom Olson was hired.
I was going to mention that, but wasn't sure if Duffy was compensated or not. A very civic-minded move by Duffy. Duffy did tell me he really liked the job. Maybe he would fill in again for a short time. Or we could hire a management firm for a short time.... or lionger. Olson is working for one in Delaware. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: OPA would be paying his replacement at the same time. Not necessarily. Glenn Duffy, Board President filled in as GM (for free) for better than 6 months before Tom Olson was hired. Baring of another no-search hiring like the last time, there would likely be a substantial delay again. |
