He has been on the board for three years and should know. He also received the same rules when he was a candidate. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As to the signs in the back of his truck, he may not know that is a violation of the election sign rules. Or he may not care. Either choice is a reflection on his service on the board for the last three years. He either came to the meetings prepared to discuss the issues knowledgeably or didn't care that he wasn't prepared. Either way.
