For starters - no signs on OPA common property except at the candidate forum; one sign per candidate per lot on association member property.
I could find nothing in the ARC Guidelines that prohibited a sign being displayed on or in a vehicle. With regard to one sign per candidate per lot on association member property, the ARC Guidelines also have exceptions to that. Two Candidate signs per lot, one in front and one in back per candidate, is permitted for association member property lots backing to the golf course, water, Rt 90, Rt 589 and Beauchamp Rd. |
