For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Good riddance to Mr. Cordwell and the rest of the clique who held a stranglehold on Ocean Pines policy, who fostered the wasteful spending of association dollars in the past and who caused much of the discord among directors. Hopefully this is a new day and a fresh approach to dealing with the future direction of the Pines. Will we still have controversy, sure, but let it be done in a civil manner with directors finding common ground on which to work. By the way Joe. I personally want to thank you for keeping OPA members informed of the real truths of OPA management's financial numbers through the years. Budd E. Heim |
