| Mostly an Ocean City icon. He used to play the kazoo on the boardwalk and play Elvis music. He was quite the sensation. At one time a group of locals raised some money and sent him to Graceland. He lives up around the intersection of Route 113 and Jarvis Road, or at least he did while his mother was alive. | ||||||
