I my mind this is akin to a criminal indictment. The charges must be clear, the evidence convincing beyond a shadow of a doubt, and the jury polled in public. No secret vote acceptable here. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Clearly a very slippery slope. A slippery slope indeed, short of some serious proof of fraud, abuse, or improper conduct. In my opinion, it takes a VERY HIGH BAR to remove an elected board member. |
