For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thank you for your reply. So, technically speaking, we as homeowners vote our choice candidates in to office...... if they don't always get along with each other someone can ask to have a board member, elected by the people, to be removed because they don't follow along with the agenda of others..... and if the BOD do in fact vote to have the elected board member removed, they then pick who they want to be part of their club... Why are we even voting at all? If memory serves me correctly Mr. Trendic is a board member because the people voted for him. But because he's asking too many questions Mr. Herrick isn't happy with him so he put forth a motion to have him removed. Something is wrong with the system. I think we should remove all of them and start fresh. I'd bet a pretty penny you'd see alot of different faces the next time you tuned in to watch the HILARIOUS board meeting videos! |
