That said, anyone at the Sunday board meeting would have seen OPA vice president Dave Stevens talk about what went on in a closed session. Stevens said in that closed session the board decided not to condemn Slobodan because Slobodan essentially promised to be a good boy and not do anything bad again.

Will anyone bring charges against Stevens? No. Why? Because he is a member of the majority.
