For the record 4 days ago I emailed Director Herrick requesting special meeting be called. I told him I intend to put forth a motion calling for comprehensive forensic financial audit. He never acknowledge my message.

On the same day I requested that Brett Hill discloses to the Board his business / personal relations with certain firms. I acted on a tip from a source on a possible conflict of interest which had in interesting discovery.

Today Director Herrick displays his leadership by calling for my removal.
