For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I also think it is terrible that you have been implying that Hill has used OPA funds to clear an $188,000 lien against him or his company. I did NO such thing! Who is telling you that? Do you even know what the lien was for or what caused it? Yes I do, is is a matter of public record.
