I'm not positive but I think Brett removed our POS system at YC and replaced with some iPad system. This may also be why bartenders ask to keep cards rather than swiping. Slobodan apparently wants the hardware and records retained

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: OK, now that I read your proposed motion, I need a clarification. A detailed examination of the Association's records is an all inclusive term. You later speak of POS records and equipment. Are you calling for a full forensic audit of the entire Association's financial records or just what I would characterize as food and beverage operations? Does it include the Marina operations? the Beach Club parking? The Aquatics? The Golf operations? The Treasurer's office? And if so, why? Unless you were planning to call for a closed meeting to consider this you would have to be more specific to us all about "specific events and comments made by certain individuals" to justify the expense of a forensic audit. |
