I watched him a few months ago in the food lion parking lot in excitable conversation with another individual for about 15 min. while I was waiting for my wife to finish shopping. Looking at the way he was acting it appeared to me that he was a loose canon trying to make a point.

Look at the last meeting video and watch how he smirked and kept looking at the AGM.
