| I have Been there done that. The Board tried to Board tried to oust me when I was on the board. The first thing you should do is demand the GM RECUSE HIMSELF. Big time Conflict of Interest. And I would beat that drum till every person in OPA hears it in his sleep. Next I would let them know that you would SUE EACH ONE INDIVIDUALLY BY NAME. That is something that they will not want to be hit with. Good luck. | ||||||
