Sorry I can't confirm . However since the opa lawyer represented the board and available to the board members for questions. I asked him directly.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: hello Janet, thanks for sharing your experience and providing sound advise. A question for you. I decided to obtain an independent legal counsel. Joe indicated that when the Board tried to remove Marty it cost the Associtaion $11 K. This would imply my legal fees would be covered by the Association also. Can you confirm this from your own experience? thank you! slobodan |
