For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Did Trendic say he was tipped? I thought he told at least one person that he discovered it. It appears that Slobodan asked for the forensic audit after the board told him that a lien alone was not disqualifying for board membership or to be an acting GM. I would think that if you are going to the trouble of requesting a forensic audit, you would go back a couple of years if for no other reason than for comparison purposes. Trendic's proposed motion was silent on that point as has been Trendic when I asked. |
