For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: He supposedly earlier told someone else that he discovered the information. In any case, he was told by a number of people that the simple existence of a lien would not be enough to disqualify someone from sitting on the board or be the acting GM. And would not be grounds for a forensic audit before his replacement takes over. An audit after Thompson's departure (which Trendic voted on, I presume) or even after a one term interim Hill reign, I guess I can debate but why now? |
