Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Motion to Remove Director Trendic Msg# 988001

There is obviously very serious friction between you and Hill. Whatever it is, it is all inside baseball to association members. You offer nothing but public innuendo about some very serious accusations. Such public innuendo from one board member about another should be troubling to all association members, and every other board member.
Innuendo is insidious. I agree. Mr. Trendic has not made clear to the general OP population what his concerns are or provided any evidence backing those concerns that I have seen published. We have a Board whom we elected to represent us, the Board chose Mr. Hill as interim GM, and the Board will soon hire a replacement. In the meantime, IMHO, the OP population should consider supporting in a respectful manner, the Board they elected and the Board do the same with the GM they chose, while raising issues of concern in a civil manner in the forum provided to us all by our governing documents. Divergent views are necessary. Let's hope that we elect two Directors next month who understand the need to serve the community as a whole without the need to draw attention to themselves but with respect and consideration for their fellow Board members. As for the upcoming meeting re Mr. Trendic, our elected Board, presumably, will act according to our governing documents as they have every right to do. Do your research folks, and vote for good governance, not for those who would promote contentious and careless innuendo on the Board, designed to create "drama" and cast a spotlight on its creator instead of encouraging cooperative discourse. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: On the same day I requested that Brett Hill discloses to the Board his business / personal relations with certain firms. I acted on a tip from a source on a possible conflict of interest which had in interesting discovery. It occurs to me that you are talking about OPA's new attorney and accountant. If so, why don't you just say it, or whatever firms you are talking about. More broadly -- I suppose all of us are guilty from time to time of innuendo, as distasteful as it is. There is obviously very serious friction between you and Hill. Whatever it is, it is all inside baseball to association members. You offer nothing but public innuendo about some very serious accusations.
