Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Motion to Remove Director Trendic Msg# 987556

This motion to remove Director Trendic would require five board members voting YES.
Just for the sake of discussion and based on my observations, the YES votes would likely include: Herrick, Hill, Stevens The NO votes would likely include: Trendic, Jacobs. That means to obtain the necessary five votes, BOTH Parks and Supik would have to vote YES for removal. I'm not so sure I see that happening, short of some information not now known. I also cannot understand Herrick bringing such a motion UNLESS he KNEW he had the votes. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Greetings to all, This afternoon Director Tom Herrick called a special meeting for Thursday, July 20th at 7 pm.
