What's wrong with hearing how the employees who interact with the residents of the Pines feel? How about asking the residents themselves how they feel about many of the recent decisions that have been made? If a poll were taken on the popularity of Brett Hill, I am sure you would find most have a strong dislike for his Hitler type strategies. I know very few people who would ever vote him back, if he were to actually ever run again.
Seems to me that Slobodan is just as fed up with the pompous way the board operates as many of the residents are. Seems like he is fighting for transparency which is something that seems very feared by other board members. And, if the new GM is anything like Hill, yep, then you are right, Slobodan would be a problem. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ted: I know for a fact this is not political, it is practical. Slobodan has done everything in his power to undermine Brett Hill for months. He questions every decision with email after e mail. He has conspired with another director to drum up employee complaints. He is not a gadfly, he is an obstructionist. I believe that the main reason for this action by Mr. Herrick is to give our new General Manager a fighting chance. Marty |
