Thomas, There has been plenty of slinging. Witness last Sundays special board meeting where the few association members present witnessed first hand all the slinging of accusations both personal and political. If you missed the meeting, it is available on video right here on the forum home page. Just click on Board Meeting Videos. Want more slinging? Read the article in the July 7th Ocean Pines Progress newspaper on page 36, where candidate Marty Clarke is making all kinds of accusations. Want even more slinging? Read the convoluted apology posted this past Monday from Board President Tom Herrick where he apologizes to the membership for his uncivil behavior displayed at the Sunday special board meeting, but also launches into another attack on board members Jacobs and Trendic.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Your suggested possible motive rings true. I did not vote for Trendic, but he has stuck to his guns, right or wrong, and now it appears it is time to silence the opposition. Something is very wrong with how this board is operating and we are seeing another move along these lines. If they pull this off, this would set a precedence to silence all opposition to a 'majority' of any board. The case better be made to a point it rises to removal. Oh please. You have no idea. Why don't you wait for the meeting before slinging? |
