I am on board with this, however, I'd really like to wait and see how 2018 goes. With a new GM, new (potential) changes at the YC, and 3 seats up for election, I'd like to see if progress is made. If things don't change this year, I have quite a few ideas floating around to help spread the word on withholding assessments. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Tom i told someone else , we really need to get a group together. This needs involvement by all. I do not live year round in ocean pines but would like to organize a meeting with however many homeowners we can get to correct this proble. To keep dumping money into an endless pit isn’t working with me. Thoughts? |
