| My prediction - the board will avoid any answers to questions of theft and corruption. The board has not even formally acknowledged that law enforcement is investigating the Admin building theft. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I just finished getting through the 4.5 hour board work session regarding the budget. This whole financial mess with accusations of corruption and theft should be more important than dickering over every line item in the budget. I also think that the use of a closed session is suggested way too much. Also, the change in the meeting from Saturday to Sunday probably limits the number of part time members from attending, including myself. I wonder if the meeting will just be the usual "listen to the public comments without a response" or will the BOD actually have enough guts to discuss our obvious and serious problems. Sorry for the rant, but this whole situation is very troubling to me...John |
