Again,  I had hoped that you were wrong, with what I saw as a poorly plagiarized document. I didn’t find it right away but now I have found it under press releases. Again, my initial thought was I had hoped this hadn’t gotten out to the public.

I don’t know how many times I’ve been told by other members of our community to give “JB” a chance, he needs time to right the ship. He's had time and I’m not a fan, not one bit.
1. He allows the budget to move forward without a peep and with unknown plans for our amenities. [We don’t even have a staff to run the YC or BC- who’s he kidding we all know that’s just stupid- YC budget to loose 100k of what-if we stay closed we don't lose anything. LOL]
2. He sends out a document [signed by him] with our assessment bill that talks of $70 savings just as the assessment is increased another $30. [He didn’t have the guts to write why and talks of a "journey which we want to encourage all members to engage" ---- now its Meadows of sprawling flowers? Calming waves of joy? Our passion, knowledge and mission? Our unparalleled service? More and more blah blah gobble goop]
3. He lets us cook food at yacht club that’s closed for mold and then reheat the food at the country club and gives the team accolades for their efforts [even though we all know how stupid this really sounds]
4. Then he closes the tern grille just as all other restaurants in the area are opening [again without an explanation].
5. Now we are going to spend 200k to find out where 100k went [even my math says that’s stupid]. Let’s put that to a vote in the community, just the way I wrote it.  Make JB own it forward from the date he started; lose a buck show us where he lost it. 
6. According to the marques, OPA just hosted a job fare/business expo last Thursday, with little marketing, not in one of our locations or amenities that we own but rather the casino, and for whom?  [which homeowner asked for that enterprise- how much did JB make or lose for us now?] 

I’m sorry that I have to quote the GM, Mr. JB “This is not my first rodeo” well it sure looks like it. 

How can anyone allow this utter nonsense to get out?  In today’s vernacular, which I could never get away with saying as a child, We Suck!

I've really become afraid to open one of your updates and thanks for opening my eyes yet again.
