Who ever said Ocean Pines was a resort area, It's not and never will be. We are a housing development nothing more nothing less.
Well, how many normal "housing developments" are such that over 50% of the owners don't live in the place full time and treat the property as a second home? In Ocean Pines it surely is the proximity of Ocean City, a resort area. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That is very true. Police dept. is looking to expand why not give it to them? I'm sure we could get attorneys to lease offices. We could make it a legal office. Or we can continue to lose money being in the restaurant business. We haven't made any profit since, well have we ever made any money at the yacht club ? How many dinners will have to be served to break even oh our 6 million dollar building. Who ever said Ocean Pines was a resort area, It's not and never will be.
