Ok, I'll say it...the golf course does have a different management technique with members, hotels and package deals than with any other OP amenity. It's a different type of hole...$$$ owed to OP. I'm still waiting for a current overage report from EZ Link. Heck, i just want to see the bottom line on a 120 day report without member names. We talked about the golf course on the forum recently and it's my opinion that OP intends to continue some of the special techniques that I spoke of. Probably hoping not to change a thing. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Looks like the YC and Beach Club will be sourced out come the Wednesday boards meeting. It also appears Tern's Grill will not be sourced out, as the board desires to keep its hand in OPA managing food service in the event it becomes necessary to return to OPA's special management techniques of food and beverage operations again. |
