I don't know why either. All I'm trying to find out is whether or not the budget includes the slots revenue as revenue offsetting expenses and thus impacts the actual assessment amount. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe. Unless there is material uncertainty about the ongoing receipt of the funds then my belief is that the expected amount should be budgeted as revenue just as the expected cost of infrastructure repairs should be budgeted as an expense. I don't know why each would not be budgeted and thus impact the necessary dues from owners. I suppose one could look at it as an ultra conservative "protect the fund balance" initiative. While I might lean that way to a degree I don't see excluding the revenue forecast altogether. Thanks for all you do to keep us informed. Don |
