Ahhhh, yet another conspiracy. Outsourcing. Vendetta. Vindictive. Partisan. Hijack. Sounds like ingredients for a novel.
What is this admirable and well presented campaign to outsource? Please explain. Financial hole? No debt and $9 million in cash is a financial hole? Were last year results at YC and BC a disaster? Absolutely. Was Hill the volunteer GM then? Absolutely. One day you may recover from this fixation on Hill. Back to reality, I was the one who suggested you should have been picked over Parks for appointment two years ago. As some say - go figure. Always glad to see you respond to my commentary and bash Hill, even when Hill isn’t mentioned.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We get it Joe, Bailey bad, Hill good . . . please at least make an attempt at objectivity. It really is a shame that an admirable and well presented campaign to outsource the management of Ocean Pines has turned into a vindictive, 'partisan', vendetta. Folks with an ax to grind have been allowed to hijack that effort, and if the property owners who have been paying attention for the last two years and understand why we are in such a financial hole vote, the outsourcing idea is doomed.
