I am hearing the board intends to vote on not outsourcing and purchasing the software recommended by Tom Terry without any serious look at outsourcing.

Will you support Tery's recommendation without doing the RFP for outsourcing as recommended by John Viola and the Budget & Finance Committee? Why did the board ignore the committee recommendation?
