For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: There is a permanent propane tank on the street side of a house, unfenced, on the South South side on the parkway. Looks about like the one pictured two years ago. Classy...not. A bit above trailer park, just a bit. Like the two houses nearby across the parkway, all of which are stripped of trees.
