FYI, Pennsylvania stopped issuing the little year stickers for license plates several years ago, a lot were being cut off to be used on other cars with expired plates so now you just get a registration card to prove you have a valid plate if stopped by a trooper.
My first thought was how could that be but after checking this may be the trend. Saves money and license plate readers apparently take the place of stickers both in state and out. CheckHere |
