I'd suggest that almost $12K "investment" is not the fault of the litigant, but the fault of our "illustrious" BOD. They're thumbing their noses at the 800+ petition signers. Costs more than the $8K estimate of running a referendum. And they could wind up doing a referendum anyhow.
Shameful performance If it had become an election issue, could perhaps have dethroned an incumbent. PS there was one board member who tried to propose a $1 Million ceiling with cost of living growth. He made a real effort to respect membership, but he stood alone. |
