Yup  Very interesting article.  Was published rather early in the PPP process, on April 7th.  Urges HOA's to apply early, as the funds are limited.  Here's a quote from the article:  if you believe your association will need funds to cover any of the above listed costs, your association should apply for a PPP loan as soon as possible.  (bold was their choice).   

Also says:  "first-come, first-served" basis, so it is imperative that loan applications be made as soon as possible, even if there is some uncertainty about an association’s eligibility. (bold added)

The article uses such words as "interpretations" of the rules, as well as "eligible & eligibility."

Seems a confirmation of the actions taken by OP in obtaining the PPP loan.  Thanks Jack.  Very supportive for folks like me who support the board's action, to continue with this PPP loan.
