| We have installed several sump pumps in Ocean Pines on houses that we flipped.. The way we did it was install a drain tube around the perimeter covered in gravel of the crawlspace and then you have a sump pump tub where the pipes drain into. The sump has a float and turns on when the tub is full. You may want to call some of these places that do crawl space encapulation and ask them if they can install one for you. Maybe a plumber? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We have a water problem in our crawl space that began with our neighbor's (townhouse) water heater breaking and sending all the water through our joint foundation into our crawl space. Does anyone have a recommendation for a company that can install a sump pump in the crawlspce? Would a sump pump even work in such a small, marshy area? Thanks all. |
