Seems the world is taking the US for suckers. I'm opposed to sending those others big bucks to continue growing their emissions. Compare this to paying children to misbehave. Both examples make no sense.
Those are US taxpayers funds going to the misbehaving countries. All of us taxpayers sponsoring bad (emissions) actors. Flying over in private jets, probably sipping scotch, in Glascow.
