I believe Esther Diller once before got the community all stirred up, ran for the Board, won and then proceeded to resign after only serving 9 months of a 36 month elected term.
I think there was a family issue where she had to care for her mother. Regardless, she did stir things up. Here is a video from 3/10/2018 when she held her own Town Hall meeting in prep for running for the board. It was well attended. Those who pay attention will see a number of the same words, phrases, charges from the 2018 video repeated in the Gazette interview. Quite entertaining. In the following election, there were apparently four seats up for grabs - a true majority potential. Results were: Steve Tuttle 2322 votes Frank Daly 2048 votes Ted Moroney 1809 votes Esther Diller 1549 votes Paula Gray 1526 votes (not elected) Of those elected, three resigned. Moroney, Diller, and Tuttle. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I believe Esther Diller once before got the community all stirred up, ran for the Board, won and then proceeded to resign after only serving 9 months of a 36 month elected term. Now she has the time to be once again be a community organizer. Had she remained on the board she obviously would have had more influence over recent events. Her calls for transparency fall flat with me. And yes she voted for my termination without ever meeting me except for the closed meeting on the Trendic matter where she was openly hostile to me. Diller has had an agenda...I am pretty sure I know what it is and I don't think it has changed since she initially ran for the board. |
