Sounds like you are suggesting some employees are sabotaging Northstar. Do you think some OPA employee is responsible for the Northstar web server being down for days? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “OPA are not expected to be best pals, they are expected to do a job for OPA.” I agree, one does not have to be best friends with who they work with, but they are all part of the same team. It is important that they all work towards common goals. I wonder if this is part of the issue with Northstar. Unless everyone is onboard with what success looks like, software changes can be undermined. My experience with these types of C changes is that leadership must be completely engaged with leading and making clear that the desired outcome is not negotiable...we will succeed. |
