| The Board never spoke to Colby or several of her witnesses she named. Neary did not speak to these other witnesses either. Regardless of what they read- they had no idea of the impact on how It affected Colby. Colby had 2 years of notes and NO ONE DID ANYTHING and The GM NEVER TOOK THE TIME OR THE BOARD TO TALK TO HER about the environment she was working in. THE REPORT ONLY TOUCHED ON THE ISSUEs.Had anyone reached out perhaps things could have been resolved earlier. But there are 3 people targeting her to get rid of her so...Instead 2 years of silence from her GM. And OP LAWYER AND BOARD FULL OF FLUFF. You decide. | ||||||
