Well I have the opinion that aquatics will have a nice rebound this year.
One would certainly hope so. And while it would be great if every amenity paid for itself However that is unrealistic. Hotel pools are an expense but the guest expects one to be present. I have no idea what that has to do with Ocean Pines, other than your short-term rental business. Anyway, unlike hotels, OPA does not go out of business if it loses money. There is no comparison. |
