So, in your opinion did Perrone act badly toward Colby during that meeting?
Joe.... It's how Larry behaved towards Colby after Ken left that is the problem. Did the board delegate this kind of authority to Larry or was he just acting on his own? We all know the answer..... Frankly speaking I am disappointed in Viola's handling or lack of handling the situation with Colby properly. I wonder if Viola read our Bylaws, ARTICLE IX, Association Administration and Operations.
