Slobodan, given the charges, it is important to know how she was treated in any meeting.
You do realize the board voted 6-0-1 to exonerate Perrone? Look, Colby brought B-08 charges against Perrone for creating a hostile work place. The board voted, based on a 6-0-1 vote that he did not after an attorney investigated. No amount of quoting bylaws will change that. As for whether Perrone was involved with any employee more than the bylaws allow, that too is a matter for the board to decide.... just as it was when you were accused of doing so. Also, keep in mind that Colby’s situation was not a typical department head. She was in training to move into the position of GM. A GM has to be ready to go rough and tumble with the board |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So, in your opinion did Perrone act badly toward Colby during that meeting? Joe.... It's how Larry behaved towards Colby after Ken left that is the problem. Did the board delegate this kind of authority to Larry or was he just acting on his own? We all know the answer..... Frankly speaking I am disappointed in Viola's handling or lack of handling the situation with Colby properly. I wonder if Viola read our Bylaws, ARTICLE IX, Association Administration and Operations.
