| Sly reply but seriously folks....can the board spend money for incidentals like those ads without a resolution to do so? Alternatively, does it have a miscellaneous expense fund that is unaccountable? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As I understand it, if an email vote was unanimous the board could spend now up to $1 million, or about $1.8 million back then.
