For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I sort of remember a comment (from you?) that the Board had been advised by Jeremy Tucker that the action without a meeting should be used more often. I don't recall saying anything like that. Again, regardless of those issues, the board did NOT include their out-of-meeting action in subsequent meeting minutes. A violation of Maryland law, it would appear. |
