So what? It seems OPA has authority to regulate but has never taken the steps to do so by properly worded Guidelines, if my source is correct.
Edit - As a PS - it may well be OPA can enforce the 7-day sign removal clause in the Guidelines for public office signs. However, the guideline is not well written. |
