I am not sure what you mean. Hopefully, you are not under some delusion that the Supreme Court decisions regarding signs as political speech protected by the First Amendment do not apply in any way to HOA lot owners. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The issue of the applicability of 1st amendment and federal law has already been decided in numerous instances of case law.
