For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bad boards come and go. Bad bosses tend to last forever and usually replicate themselves. Gresham's Law states that bad currency drives out good currency. The same often holds true for bad management. Until the company collapses or is acquired. The Chase Manhattan Bank of the '90's being a good example. |
