| Well Joe you take it how ever you like. Spent many a night in a police cruiser, and I can tell you what many said. To much money to be made on the streets, not interested in working 9 to 5. Not just black people, all races. YES WHITE PEOPLE TOO. Some just got off to a rough start and can be straightened out. It's hard in the inner city's because of the crowds that they associate with. Night life on the streets is still very active at 4 in the morning. Need to get drugs off the streets, how long have we been saying that. | ||||||
