For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, That was beautiful. I also traveled with a black man who was also a Professional handler like me and have this friendship that has lasted over 50 years. I saw what he went thru when we were in the South. He saw what I went thru when we were in the Bronx .South Chigago or east Boston. We both just shook our heads and kept going and not saying "Whoa is Me". Life is what it is. We still talk on the phone often. He is now a Famous International Dog Show Judge. A wonderful friend. I think what you wrote was great and says it all. By the way I taught my kids how to fly fish at Lake Waterford, about two miles from my house and Kennel. G |
