For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I agree we should have a balance. However there are serious problems in this country. We have learned from our last president and from many elected leaders that if you don’t look like me or think like me there is something wrong with you. These same people are changing election laws to make it hard for people that don’t agree with them to vote. Without diversity of ideas and inclusion of all, our country is destined to fail. I am not sure there is much that can be done to change the minds of the current generation or older generation, however these types of materials will help the younger generation understand the diversity of people in our country and how that will benefit us all. |
