For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Neil: I am very familiar with the the incident. Any report of thousands of dead is pure speculation and not supported by the facts. Regardless, you are correct, it was a travesty. This latest accounting was generated by a hyped up social media campaign much like the original riot was caused by a trumped up newspaper article that was not supported by any factual evidence.
