| He says he agreed to be in a class action suit but never as an Individual and is asking to be removed. He discovered he was a Plaintiff when I informed him today. He denied being a Plaintiff until I sent him a screenshot of the case and stated he did not agree to it and was going to get his name removed. | ||||||
